My first time experience at Pandora was actually quite exceptional. One of the associates was quick to help me out, now mind you, it was a bit busy because it was the day before Valentine's Day, regardless, I was taking care of quickly and shown a variety of product that was in my budget! Totally recommend, sweet and thoughtful little charms that my lady loves! Plus, had to exchange the size on Valentine's Day! We were in and out within 5 minutes, great customer service 👍

Google should really have a 0 star rating or N/A option. The amount of attitude I experienced while walking into the store to return a pair of earrings is horrible. First of all when I walked in, I made eye contact with some girl who seemed to be a supervisor or whatnot from the way she was ordering another girl to perform the refund. When I walked closer to her, she was surrounded by 3 other sales people who all gave me dirty looks because I was making a return. The girl asked if I wanted a full refund or an exchange. When I told her a refund, she took the bag from me and opened it up which had the receipt in there. She took a look at it and asked me if I had the exact card that it was paid with on me which I showed her in my hand ready to go. She had a sour look on her face when she then proceeded to open the box and take the earrings out to verify it was their item or that it wasn't used. All the while this was occurring at one of the display counters and not even at the check out. The whole "transaction" felt like an interrogation just from her and the surrounding sales people's body language and tone of voice. The girl who she ordered to perform the refund didn't engage with me at all the entire time and asked for another supervisor to come over to approve the return. Again, the manager didn't engage with me once during the refund. She just pushed the debit terminal to me and I just inserted my card to finish up. When I looked up, I caught a glimpse of the original "supervisor" girl who verified the earrings, give me a dirty look as she walked to the back room. It is a typical sales environment where everyone is super nice to you when you are spending money but as soon as they see you walk into the store with their bag, they stare you down as if you just fired them or something. Rude girls and guys in there. Save your money and spend it on real good jewelry for a loved one. Not an overpriced charm or fake plated earrings. I'm glad I got my money back and don't have to deal with high school attitudes anymore 👍

Horrible customer service! I love pandora, it’s kinda of obsession for mine and I have spent a lot of money at pandora. Every other location from this one has been exceptional. I alway have great time with their staff. This is many reasons why I love shopping there. Let’s start off with the manager Jason. He was extremely rude when handling my complaint of rude glaring eyes of his staff. Only to walk away to join his staff and talk badly about me right in front of my face and continued to glare like a bunch of gossip school girls. Never have I ever experienced such atrocity at any pandora except the square one location in Mississauga.

My experience was good, the service I had was amazing but the only thing I can say is the assistant manager is the worst. I asked him for a gift receipt and one of the complementary cards, he told me that it was all in the bag. When it came down to having my girlfriend open her gift there was no gift receipt no card and when I asked them to wrap it they didn't even do that. (Ps I left and came back after 30 mins and then picked up the gift.) Disappointed. The lady that helped me was amazing tho !! Assistant manager is Asian with blond hair and a sleeve tattoo, do not ask for him at all !

So disappointed and outraged with how my 16 year old daughter was treated at this location. She was exchanging a Christmas present I purchased for her and was interrogated by the associate who also happens to be a manager to the point of making her cry. I am just so disappointed with how we were both treated especially by such a big brand. I have also shopped at the RBC location in Toronto and have had nothing but great, professional service from associates who are very personable. Square One location needs to do some serious people skills training. Will never go there again!
