My partner and I visited another jeweller in the mall and had terrible service, the store was not busy but we were refused even a glance. When we entered Peoples it was quite busy, but we were greeted with nothing but smiles and were promptly attended to. We found a gorgeous piece and were overwhelmed by Stella’s kindness and expertise- she was absolutely delightful. We are so happy to have visited the store and will be returning in the future.

What a terrible experience! I needed to exchange a gift. We first went to Burlington mall. The ladies did not know how much the gift receipt was worth. The ladies behind the counter were rude, grouchy and couldn’t smile if their life depended on it. I left upset as they gave me a price to exchange and then wanted to charge me more. So I left and went to Square One Peoples Jewellers as I could not trust them and again we had an old lady who was miserable, kept checking her watch, couldn’t give us a gift card and made it most difficult for us to choose a replacement. I’d rather pay more than ever buy anything from ANY People’s Jewellers. And yes I had to walk away again as the lady just didn’t care for us seeing that she was not making a sale. Terrible terrible service

This is by far the best place I have ever been to for ring shopping. I needed a special ring for my wedding and I visited many stores in order to find the right one. Some stores had great prices/deals, others had great quality, and some had more selection. This store had everything. I walked in and I was approached by a sales-rep Stella, she treated us like her family and took care of everything. I personally want to thank her for her effort and assistance in making such a difficult task in to an easy, and even more welcoming one. I will be coming back for any future purchases, and anything related to wedding ring shopping, etc. Thank you team. And thank you Stella for making this a wonderful and memorable experience. Best Regards

My boyfriend bought me a bracelet from here for our anniversary. Unfortunately it was too big for me so we went back here together to have it resized. The lady helping us said it probably did fit since it was supposed to “dangle a little bit” and asked to see my wrist to measure. She put her fingers around my wrist and exclaimed “You need to eat!”. Pretty embarrassing, disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion. I was mortified. She then told us that we needed to send it in to have it resized and that they didn’t do it in the shop. I decided to just return the bracelet.

I agree with someone who commented below regarding their attention given to couples vs an individual on their own. I found I was rushed when I inquired about an item I knew a lot about prior to coming in and told the sales person I would be buying it prior to the sale ending. She gave me her card and gave me the gentle shove on the back to direct me to leave and I wasn’t even done with what I wanted to do in the first place. I told my partner how I was handled and I wouldn’t step a foot in there again. Maybe an alternate location but not here. Quite upsetting when I felt forced to leave and didn’t get the specs on the product I came in to see.
