Was in today and Becci helped me. Such a wonderful individual to deal with! Much better than any other jeweler I've been to in the last 6 months!

Terrible customer service. Was in the store looking around and the staff didn’t ask if I was looking for anything specific then proceeded to help people who came in after me leaving me standing there for 20 mins before I was helped. The only person who did help me was Beccie who was coming off break. Will not shop there again

This place has ruined my wedding more than COVID has…and that’s saying a lot. Purchased a wedding band for my fiancé 2 months ago with the promise that it would be received in more than ample time (otherwise why would I have even spent the $1000.00+ on a ring thinking I wouldn’t receive it). I call last week, 14 days prior to my wedding as I hadn’t heard anything from anyone, and was told they’d have it in by the following Monday (5 days prior to the wedding) which made me sweat; but it’s fine right? I’d have it in time right?…wrong. Today is that monday, my wedding is on Saturday, and after driving all the way to Masonville from port Stanley to finally pick up this massive purchase and obvious key part of our entire wedding ceremony, I was stuck waiting in the store for 45 minutes as an associate “tried to find it”, only to be told: “so this isn’t our fault but…” followed by “maybe Wednesday…or maybe Friday.” I’m sorry, but in no way shape or form is “maybe” an acceptable answer to “WILL I GET MY WEDDING BAND IN TIME FOR MY WEDDING?” COVID has messed with our wedding for the past 2 years, and now that we’re finally able to have it how we’ve always wanted it, Michael Hill has thoroughly ensured that that won’t happen. I regret fully even considering dealing with this store. I am beyond disgusted, upset, heartbroken, and angry that I trusted this business that is built on selling wedding rings…seeing as they can’t even do that properly. Again…if I wasn’t promised that this ring would be in my hands within 2 months, I would’ve walked away. 10/10 would never recommend this place if your actually looking to have a ring on your wedding day. Absolutely appalling. UPDATE: received the ring 2 days before our wedding…only to find that it doesn’t fit AT ALL. And neither does mine. Perfect.

I came into this location in hopes of finding an anniversary present. A male sales person was assigned to me. He was very cold and rude. I asked if I can come into the store and I was told no due to covid policy, which is strange considering other jewelry stores let you come in to browse while following covid protocol. At that point I wasn’t interested in shopping at the store due to the awful treatment and tone received. I walked past the store at a later point in the day and I found customers being served on inside the store. When I brought it up to one of the ladies I spoke to at the store she didn’t seem to be interested in my issue. I later called the store and asked to speak to the manager and she didn’t seem to be interested in my complain. This is not the first time I’ve received awful customer service from this male associate. I’ll happily give my money to any other jewelry store but not this one!

I went in to fix a broken necklace. It took the old lady helping my girlfriend and I around 30mins (with help of her coworkers) to even pull up my online order. The old woman then took another 15mins to put the warranty into the system. A simple 5 minute trip turned into so much wasted time due to an incompetent staff member. Train your employees how to search numbers in a database, I guarantee you it's not that hard. Absolutely horrendous service I would not go back here.
