I knew what I wanted so the pre-sale will not be considered for review but based on the limited interaction, there was not a lot of recommendation for comparing similar watches for consideration (should still provide opinions as the customer may not truly know what they want). After sale is non-existent if that was something that mattered to you for this store. Once the transaction is done, that is where your support stops. I have personally received much better service and appreciation for my business at other high end watch stores when buying and if it matters to you then you may want to consider another store. All in all, decent selection of watches.

My initial experience is what keeps me from giving 5 stars. Rating is as follows: environment, customer service, product knowledge, after sale support, and value. Environment - store is orderly, high end/recent model watches, staff is professional in appearance, private room for viewings, not cluttered, good location (for me) and modern appearance - 1 star. Customer Service - was given immediate attention when walking into the store, knew what I wanted based on an ad and was brought immediately into the private showing room. Product knowledge was lacking in this initial encounter with the sales rep. The rep did not offer any selling points, push sales, or offer any comparable watches from other brands (helps a consumer to make an informed decision). He did not advise after purchase support, warranty coverage, maintenance requirements, etc. When I left, I researched and requested, via the company website, a customized watch. Was notified by the sales rep that my specially configured watch was ready. When I showed up, the watch was near identical to the model I wanted, but the earlier version (and not the one I requested online). As I am very busy, I took delivery of the watch, not the one I had ordered, and when I got home noticed it was not the right watch due to a few subtle differences. I went back to the store and had to wait almost an hour to order the properly configured watch (no full refund) and the manager had to intervene as the rep was unfamiliar with the system. Once the manager got involved, the experience went from :( to :)). My watch was ordered in the configuration I requested, came in 3 days, and was further compensated for my troubles. When getting the watch properly sized, the product was already configured, packaging ready, and the product was fully explained. I just wish my second experience had been my first. The manager, Mr. Titizian, understands how to exercise proper customer service and has the product knowledge required for high end product sales. - 1/2 star. Product knowledge - as mentioned previously, 0 for the sales reps I dealt with, 1 for the manager. 1/2 star. After sale support - was followed up with an emails from the manager, offered after service care, and yet to actually experience the warranty claim process (was advised of the process in store). 1 star for now as no issues currently exist. Value - inline with other retailers as the manufacturer basically sets the price. 1 star. I will go back, but only deal with the manager.

My son had Breitling watch and the company that was to clean it lost it. Now I needed to find the identical watch and Breitling suggested we contact L'Oro. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. They sent pictures and set it aside and made sure the bracelet fit and it was FULL service. So if you are looking for high end jewelry and expect high-end service: L'Oro is your place.

Pressure sales on high end watches. Had a hard time getting out of the store and keeping polite. I would want to buy there if I wasn't hustled that much. There are other locations to be looked at, in other cities.

My fiance and I had an amazing experience choosing our wedding bands at L'Oro in Markville! We were assisted by Anoosh, who was patient, knowledgable, courteous and followed up with us diligently every step of the way.
