The b.s. reviews here are not accurate. Ive had nothing but respect and exceptional service from the knowlegable staff here at this location. May is such a joy to deal with, I wish all sales people were more like her!

If you are shopping at this location, look for Rena. She gives it to you straight and is very knowledgeable and helpful. She's willing to work within your budget to help you.

Belle helped my wife and I with our warranty and was an exceptional to say the least. She was prompt and very quick. Great service

Horrible service. Walked into the store and they did not even acknowledge my presence. A we will be with you in a moment or a hello would have been nice. Another customer actually said to the sales representative, 'oh I think she needs help' and the representative brushed it off. There lack of care and zero customer service is very upsetting. Will not shop here.

Anyways, they sent out a new one to be sized, which ended up having very visible imperfections, which I refused to take. They then tried to pass off some other very ugly diamonds to replace the ring that they lost. Unhappy with the replacement options, I requested a refund, which I got... takes up to another 60 days to receive... Peoples made something that was supposed to be an exciting time, very frustrating. I will never shop there again, and I’m very happy that I saw this poor customer service while I was still able to return the ring...
