Overpriced garbage

On Friday of this month I walked up to the location at Scarborough Town centre to look for a charm bracelet. I saw several overpriced Chinese fake jewelry but I actually found one I liked for 46.00. Less than 3 hours later the magnetic came off, what a fuckin joke. I immediately went back the next day and they wouldn't give me a refund just and absent minded employees saying the have a warranty instead of a refund because they know how crap there product is. Scarborough town centre should be embarrassed to have this business in there mall. Kilo Jewelry is a scam.

Very very professional people. We were being very problematic customers but they turned out extremely kind & professional. The name of sales person was Olivia. She is great. Amazing manner.

A waste of $100 - the jewelry is beautiful, and seems to be good quality... but I wouldn't even know as I haven't even received my product. My sister and I had made orders for 1 engraved necklace and 1 engraved bracelet at the CNE booth this summer. Our orders came in quite quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised by.. however they sent us two bracelets and missed out on the necklace order. Not too worried, we decided to call the number on the package only to be answered by a man who claimed he had no professional affiliation with Kilo Jewels. Confused we called multiple locations (in which none answered) and sent them 3 Facebook messages as there was no accessible email. They read all three messages and still no response 3-4 days later. I decided to call a couple more locations today before I gave up, and still no answers. I'm completely at a loss for words with this lack of customer service. If you value your money, there are plenty of other jewelry places who will provide the same quality and better service, don't waste your time here.

This place deserves a ZERO star for scamming and being dishonest to their customers. I was interested in a few pieces of jewelry and was told that it is made of "18K white gold & mixed with sterling silver and Swarovski crystal". First of all, I saw the exact same jewelry online from CHINA and they are all made of cubics and some cheap metal. This is a dishonest business by lying to their customers and not to mention, their ridiculous prices. Their prices are more expensive than fine jewelry stores that sell real metals like gold. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Terrible customer service, unfulfilled promises, no care for the customers. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SOME INCOMPETENT STAFF AND A STORE THAT DOESNT EVEN FOLLOW ITS OWN POLICIES. WORST GIFT BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.

I would like to give them a 0. On June 6th, 2017, I bought two expensive rings, which was supposed to replace my original engagement ring and wedding band. The associate assured me that I can come in anytime if need to return for sizing or refund. On Monday June 12th, 2017. I went to kilo jewels at the Fairview mall location. Another associate was there and she didn’t treat me well at all, she did not say hi and when I finally got her attention. I gestured to my bag and said I wanted a simple size exchange. She said okay wait, I said alright. I started browsing at the other jewelry and was minding my own business when she came to me and said “can you go away and do some shopping, I’m busy right now” I kid you not, this was such rude behavior and rude words. I have 10+ years of customer service and have never treated anyone like that. I feel her tone and her behavior and her reluctance to help us was unjustified. The week before I was so happy to purchase my rings and go back and get more since the prices and quality are reasonable but now I want a refund and I would like her to apologize or be performance managed. Despite her rudeness I still waited around and didn’t say anything back and eventually my husband and I left really hurt and disappointed. I also have her photo. Please resolve this matter. - Disappointed, shocked loyal customer
