Called the store to check inventory on a ring for my daughter. Lena answered the call and was extremely helpful and patient. She reserved the ring so we drove downtown.Bottom line is we had a fantastic experience and also a great cup of espresso. Thanks Lena!

It was a great personal service. Purchased what I needed and a couple of items more that I couldn’t leave the store without having.

My partner took me here to look at rings and the service was exceptional. This was the only location where we received service promptly. Every other store we had been to before seemed to serve everyone else before us - something I attribute to us looking as if we couldn't afford it being in our early 20s. Ageism is rampant within jewelery stores. We ended up picking a ring from there - within our price range and absolutely perfect. We took a gander at the watches as well, as loved those as well. Definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a watch.

I had a very good experience in this boutique and Cecilia Lam, the boutique manager is a very nice and professional person. She did everything she could to solve the problem.
