I first visited this Tiffany location after my heart pendant necklace broke a day after I received it. I was very pleasantly greeted by all staff members and was asked multiple times as I left if my concerns upon my visit were resolved. My necklace was sent in to get repaired -free of charge, and was in perfect condition upon return. However, the same day I received my repaired necklace, it broke again at the same spot it had the first time. I was quite upset and called Tiffany & Co. that same day. The very kind and understanding manager and staff replaced my necklace entirely and I walked away with my necklace that day. The manager was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and. I am very appreciative, impressed and pleased with the service I received. Thank you so much!
