So where's my TAG watch? I dropped it off the first week of January. It should have taken 4-5 weeks max. It's now mid March and you don't answer the phone or return my messages. I want my $4,000 watch back. This is ridiculous

We had a custom engagement ring made here, it is beautiful. But the service is so terrible here, everything takes forever to complete. I look a bit young, and every time I walk in they treat me with no respect.

Called Birks to replace my battery on my watch that was bought here and was informed that the first replacement was covered. Today when I called to bring it my watch a gentleman told me that the first replacement isn't covered and I would have to pay to get it changed. After further investigation I called Birks at the Eaton Centre and was informed that the first replacement was indeed covered by Birks. The location at Bay and Bloor customer service was so terrible. I would recommend going to Eaton Centre or Fairview Mall.

I have always had a good experience shopping at this Birks location. They have an amazing repair shop on the lower level that has done an excellent job with my watches.

Went in to get Tag watch battery replaced. They took watch and sent to their Montreal location. I called after a month to check status and I was told they need to ship it to Tag, Montreal location can't replace battery and do pressure test (they were just not doing anything with it until I called ). Another month passed and watch came back but with scratches on the sapphire crystal. They tried to tell me that I must have brought the watch with scratches on them. I escalated and the watch came back without scratches but with finger prints on the inside of the crystal. They finally got it all fixed and the battery replaced after 6 months of back and forth. I will never go there to waste time and to feel like I am being accused of bringing in bad watch.
