We worked with Ashley to find jewelry that suited us. She was great and has a lot of knowledge

Service was excellent Though the item I was looking for wasn't on site, I was helped in a professional, unhurried manner. We will see by tomorrow if this last item in Canada will be mine or if an alternative can be found.

I had my eye on this piece for a while and finally decided to go get it so that it would come in time for my birthday. The lady that was helping me was very nice and prompt with approaching me as I walked into the store. A pleasant experience overall

I stopped in to have my watch band resized. I was very pleased with the quick attentive service. Thanks again to the fantastic staff.

Emailed the store manager Tracy to confirm a price for custom ordering a ring for my upcoming wedding. After she agreed to the price we came into the store and made a deposit on the ring. 15 minutes after we left they called us back to say that they would not be honouring the deal, and offered to proceed only after they increased the price by $155. Frustrating and unprofessional deception, make sure to avoid this location, and the store manager Tracy in particular.
