This is hands down the best place to get your next watch. Every aspect of my experience from walking in the door to leaving with my new Hamilton field mechanical was a pleasure. I dealt with a lovely lady named Sherry. She was pleasant and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this brick and mortar store. This definitely won't be my last purchase. Thank you!

Great customer service. Helped me buy a chain for myself. Also they adjusted to my accommodations. I recommend here if you are buying jewelry. I was also pleased by their warm family environment they had. Great place!!

Where do I start.... I couldn't be happier with the customer service, every single one of them is beyond amazing. They take their time with you and you don't feel rushed at all. They are very reasonable for the great quality of jewelry they have. They also almost always have sales on, and work great with you as the customer making a large payment where you would feel better with great customer service. Sherry was so helpful, she went out of her way to ensure both my watches fit my hand perfectly when the guy that services and does repairs wasn't there, so she did it herself and did an amazing job, couldn't be happier. She even explained to me the process of identifying certain gems like diamonds and further explained the value and how the weight system works. Walking into a jewelry store shouldn't be intimidating and you would love to feel welcome. Kavar does just that, you never feel intimidated to walk in, staff are amazing, products are beyond great and a huge variety as well. I more than strongly suggest this place for anyone looking for jewelry or just browsing.

I had an amazing experience buying a watch at kavar in the pen center, I was dealing with this really nice helpfully lady named sherry, I would definitely recommend buying a watch from this store and dealing with sherry for your watch needs and questions, she was vary knowledgeable on the brand's in store, there was another older lady that works there that seems pushy in my opinion. 10/10 recommend Kavar if your buying a watch 10/10 recommend Sharry from Kavar to deal with
