Simply the finest quality and craftsmanship I could have imagined. After a delightful design proces, Michael had his team of professionals set to work on the custom engagement ring of our dreams. When the day came to pick it up I was amazed and blown away. The ring was far nicer than I could of dreamed, every detail we had discussed and drawn out was perfectly presented in a well made jewelry box (itself a piece of art). Not only did the love of my life give a resounding "YES", we also proudly own a piece of fine jewelry to hand down to our future family for generations to come.

Great customer service! Took my gold chain in for a repair, it was done promptly and at a reasonable price. This was my first time there and I will be back!

Customer service here was perfect. Went in for a ring resizing and was blown away by how cheap their prices were. Would absolutely recommend. If you're ever here, ask for Zack 👍

My husband bought my custom engagement ring here and it was so lovely we decided to buy our custom wedding rings here, as well! The craftsmanship and artistry are unparalleled in Canada. Zack and Michael were lovely to speak with and spent countless hours ensuring that our needs were met. The service was by far above and beyond. Highly recommend!!! Will absolutely shop here again in the future.
