I don't often write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Hennick and Co. that I wanted to share this with everyone. I lost the diamond from my engagement ring and was very upset about it. My insurance agent referred me to Justin Hennick at Hennick and Co. to get a replacement. He was extremely compassionate and understood my emotional attachment to my original diamond and assured me that he would do all possible to find me a diamond that was very similar to the one I had. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner and Justin kept me up to date on when my ring would be ready...and there was no delay. I am so happy to have my ring back on my finger with the new, very sparkly, diamond securely in place.

I’ve known Karrie and Justin for several years in dealing with them on the insurance side. I knew they were great to deal with when it came to my clients. But when it came time to buy an engagement ring for my fiancé, I went to Hennick and Co. It was the best decision that I made. I proposed to my fiancé at Christmas and she absolutely loves her engagement ring! I must add that I was very particular because I wanted the ring to be perfect. Hennick did a great job in managing my expectations and were great in making recommendations. Hennick and Co did an amazing job in crafting this engagement ring! I shopped several other jewellers but I must say that Hennick out of all the jewellers was the most honest/fourth coming. They showed me what was possible within my budget. In fact they were able to source out a bigger stone and were the best price when compared to other jewellers. I’d recommend to not look any further and just go to Hennick for any custom jewellery!

Justin was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of buying an engagement ring. He was knowledgable, patient, and helped me every step of the way. The ring couldn’t have turned out any better, and my fiancé loved it!

We came to Hennick & Co looking to redesign our wedding rings for our 25 wedding anniversary and were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Karrie! Her knowledge about diamonds, ability to keep us on budget and patience as we weighed our options surpassed our expectations AND she was able to get our rings done in record time for our anniversary. I can't stop looking at my newly designed rings!! We would highly recommend Karrie and her team for any jewellery purchases as it was an exceptional experience.
