Nice selection of jewllery! Staff are very polite. They make you feel welcome without feeling overcrowded or forced to purchase products. Both Mina and Asal (sp?) from the staff have always been very helpful, professional and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you’re having a good experience in the store.

I don’t understand why sales people are so rude ! My sister went in to purchase a band and she called me upset stating that the sales reps did not want to assist her. How do you guys know how much a person has in their pocket ? I was going to buy a couple things as well however after I heard how she was treated HELL NO ! I’ll just go to another location! Ignorant sales representatives should not be representing Cartier or any brand for that matter!!!

Brought in my Cartier Bracelet to replace missing screw. He took a long time examining my bracelet and was condescending when he said my bracelet was not real and there's nothing he can do for me ( I bought the bracelet at a different Cartier location). I went to two OTHER Cartier locations and they all confirmed the authenticity and happily helped me. unbelievable. Either he was lazy or assumed the worse of customers.
