I called the store and Dana store manager was very helpful, patient and pleasant on the phone. Visited the store right after , ended up buying 1 ring and ordered another one. Definitely recommend this store. And I will go back soon. Thank you 😊

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. We had to wait for 15 min till someone became available to help us. Which makes no sense, since there were only 2 group of customers and 3 employees working. Not to mention the lack of professionalism being shown by one of them, as she was openly telling her colleagues she do not care about working here, which is unacceptable and extremely rude thing to say front of the customers.

It is unfortunate that both times I came to this location, the customer service was beyond disappointing. When I entered the store, both sales people neglected to help me. Staff were too busy whispering among themselves and the first sales person was so quick to pass me on to the other sales person, despite there being no one in the store. Not to mention, the sales person had an unpleasant attitude. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

This place has horrible customer service compared to the other Pandora's in town. We stopped in here to buy our niece a charm for her bracelet and could barely get served. The staff were either talking to each other or to other customers while they were serving you. Couldn't wait to get out of this place and will definitely not be returning.

Tried to reach them many times by phone. Nobody answered the call and the voicemail box is full. Really bad customer service.
