Great store, great staff. Large variety of items, where you can for sure find something for everyone.

Beautiful stuff but over priced on everything AND my husband bought me 2 Pandora charms for Christmas and I went there to return them and they told me exchange ONLY as I wanted the money back so I could buy them online where they were cheaper. I was not happy. The girl I was dealing was was nice but then another young girl piped up and starting going on well it's Pandora' s policy and was quite snoody about it. I don't appreciate being talked to like that. You want business in your store and you talk to your customers like that. I will NOT shop there again

I am pretty sure I will never shop here again. I went with my daughter to exchange a Pandora charm - we had the receipt showing it was purchased two days ago. We picked up a new charm. There was a difference is $16.42. The associate asked if the balance could go on a store credit. I requested the 16.42 be refunded vs a store credit. The answer I got was “no, there were no returns.” I simply pointed out that we were not returning anything, we were exchanging. Another associate that was not helping us chimed into the conversation, saying the same thing, as if we needed to hear the same sentence from a different person “that is the store policy.” I nicely asked the new associate (Megan) if I would be able to speak to a manager, as it was only a small amount and my daughter would probably not use this. Megan’s answer was “you’re speaking to one” I could not believe the attitude on this girl, not only that but the extreme lack of ability to deal with a customer who was nicely asking for an exception (keep in mind we are talking about 16.42!) I continued to be nice and asked if maybe I could speak to the store manager. The answer I received floored me… she says “Oh, you mean my Mum??? Well, she’s not here right now” I had to laugh, as I could not believe she just said that. I decided it was worth the aggravation. In the end all this young lady had to communication, in a nice and professional way, was that she was a manger and unfortunately was not able to make an exception to the story policy… and if I wanted to contact the store manager, I could, and provide me with the contact information. Instead she made a fool of herself and undermined her position, in a very busy store at Christmas time.
