I have never been treated more kindly as I am by the jewelry manager. Her kind and positive demeanor make all visits to the hockshop something fun :) All of the staff are wonderful! Orillia is lucky to have such a great business in the community!

The staff are amazing, always friendly. Stacey is the best she let me know when a specific item I was looking for came into the shop. She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and prompt at getting back to you.

I stood in there for 5 mins while I was ignored. Staff busy talking and not even to customers. I was going to buy a large quantity of silver bars but I won't step foot in there again. Their loss not mine! Should really pay more attention to people waiting at the counter.

Went in on nov 11 to sell an antique 50oz .999 silver bar from the best name in the business. After examining the bar ( and calling the company I bought from, I’m assuming to find out what I bought it for. She came back with an offer close to half of spot price! I was a little taken back as numerous others offered me spot value but I had thought it better to keep my money in my community To top off my visit, the moment I expressed I would not be selling for that price she said “that’s fine” while turning around and walking away. Could understand if she was busy but I was the only one in the store. Would not recommend to anyone.
