Meghan was amazing! Best customer service I've recieved in a while! There was a misunderstanding with the cleaning routine of my engagement and wedding band, she cleared it all up for me, explained the whole process again, told me how to go about it for next time and most importantly was cheerful to an otherwise stressful day I had. I am big on great customer service, having worked at an establishment that prides themselves on customer service, I know what it looks like... Needless to say I was very impressed! She's a keeper! 😀

My fiance purchased my engagement ring at People's and tells me he got amazing service, but I'm having a hard time believing this based on our concurrent visits for sizing, warranty cleanings, and purchasing our wedding bands. There always seems to be an air of confusion and disorganization with the staff. We've experienced long waits for service each visit and apart from the manager and the mythical associate my fiance initially dealt with it's been a constant struggle and total inconvenience to go in. Overall unimpressed and I will be using a local jeweller with a solid reputation in Ottawa opposed to this chain for any future purchases.

Horrible. Went here today with my boyfriend on our five-year anniversary as he was hoping to buy me a ring. We were looking forward to coming here, but our expectations were nowhere near met. The customer service was absolutely awful. There were five employees working, though only two of them were actively helping customers. As we waited, we were continually told that someone would be "right with us". Not likely. To top it off, another older couple that had arrived at the store after us were helped before us. After 35 minutes and still no service we decided to leave. Extremely disappointed; we wouldn't recommend coming to this location at all.

Jenny (English accent) is rude. Avoid her at all costs. I've experienced condescension from at least two people here.
