We have had three custom rings made and are very happy with their work. If you are interested in making a custom and one of a kind ring I would recommend Charlotte Jewellers. The staff are very friendly and patient. I like how they will make a 3D CAD drawing of your ring and get your approval before going ahead. I found the prices to be very reasonable considering that the rings were custom made. Julie and Monika have been great to deal with through the whole process and have always gotten back to us in a timely manner about any questions and concerns. The Jeweller Levon is also very friendly to work with and I love his enthusiasm.

Amazing! Goes above and beyond for his clients. I will get all of my high quality jewelry from them in the future. Levon and Tasha are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Made me the most beautiful one of a kind ring I will love forever!

Got to the store at 5:25. Drive a long distance to make it and the woman working would not let us in to buy a diamond eternity band. You lost $2000 in a sale that would have been made.

Recently renovated and looks beautiful. It has a large selection and very friendly staff. Great deals around Christmas and perfect for custom jewelry.
