I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a jewellery store. I will never return to purchase anything or have any repairs done again. Brought two bracelets in for repair in June 2022, was given an estimate for both repairs of 165+ HST. that was very expensive. When my bracelets were picked up, there was an extra charge of $50 plus HST that was not approved. Once I looked at the repairs that were done, I was very disappointed the gold bracelet that needed repairs was not completely done. Gail told me, that she had never marked it down and must have forgotten it. Then I received another estimate of $60-$65 plus HST on August 8 to finish the repairs that should have been done in the first place. I then asked Gail to get my bracelet back and to issue a credit for the overcharge. I feel that I was not treated fairly, since the repair on my bracelet that was not done, was the main reason I had brought it in to the store. Thank you, Gail for your professional services from an unsatisfied customer. Only one other thing it’s not very professional to slander another jewellery store that was in your town.

My appologies....i must have touched something on my phone screen....i got a gold ring made...took 3 tries but we gotter...and we talked n they cleared everything up for me...so we are good....very nice staff...liem is very good at what he does....n now im getting my bangle made....another birthday present to myself! Thank you Gail for being so kind...

The owner of this place is very rude and unprofessional, I was in to make a few fairly large purchases and while looking at some rings, the owner said rudely to me whatever you see for pricing on that, it’s double because Gold went up today….i don’t care if gold went up, clearly I was looking at old stock and you should be honouring the price on the ring rather than speaking so rudely to customers while being helped from other staff…big gougers here and I left as well As two others and went to Ottawa and gave them the support as they kept their prices the same and the quality was much better
