Great Staff who are very helpful in any way possible ... Their Pawn Shop has certain principles that it is based on ... and they stick to them. Which is why the business is run so smoothly. Great prices bring the masses back, after you get a loan you may see something that you would like, and if it is still in shop when you either extend or pick-up your existing item that had been held in the shop for the loan you received, have a few extra dollars now that your financially in the clear. Pick it up because the items they accept are second to none when quality is involved. They usually only take items that look great, most items people's lose to the shop are in excellent shape, on a points scale, with decimals in play for good measure, my Asahd quill run from 1 through 10, most items sold here would be 9 to 9.5 and beyond. Some items are in virtually a brand new state, 10/10, quality wise. These are the items where a person may have bought the item relatively right before pawning it off, It may have been used for only 1 or 2 months before the PawnShop had become the ressting place of the item. Placed amongst many other items on a shelf or hanging by the neck off the wall by a guitar neck holders. our ticket number being put somewhere where it definetly will not be lost, hung by a string on the neck of an instrument, taped to an amp or game case, or putting the ticket under an elasticband on some of their electronic good. This is a great way to not damage any items the Store may only be holding onto if the individual who came into Golden Pawn and agreed to the monies lent in the contractual agreement that was made up. Or if the item was sold straight up. Placing an elasticband witb the ticket / item number which is relative to your pawn will then be held down firmly. Summertime unfortunate circumstances may not be favourably to tbe person who made the agreement and they will be financially unable to keep extending and summertime it is a wise choice (esp., if you have pawned an item and ectended it ft so many months that you habe paid tbe initial loan back plus some) To lose the item may not be a good thing, as you really though you would be able to obtain the funds to get it out. Lost items and the titles to these change hands every day at Golden Pawn. This is not unusual. Now that the ownership / title has passed / changed hand, as per contract, over to Golden Pawn. Now it will then be wiped down and the sticker price decided. Once this happens there probably is administrative work to be done, transfering the title to the Shop so it can be sold legally, the police get daily updates on serial number of the item pawned plus other items where their might not be a serial number may have to be described in a typed form, not just a photocopy of the ticket, but a actual typed up description of the item pawned. This is probably, and is another bonus why I do like Golden Pawn, the only handwriting to be done on the Pawn Ticket are the signtures of both parties ageeing to the terms and conditions be it a loan (Pawn) or direct sale from the ow we of the goods to Golden Pawn. These are the only handwriting that is to be had. Nice a d clean, a d easy to send off to The department that takes care Oof Pawn Shop activities Every day / morning. That is probably why there are strict zones where pawn shops can be situated. Simply it is a big issue / task at hand when looking through tickets which may be pawned items as well as items sold off in one go, all must be reported the the London Police Department, and persons office who is in charge of this job. Im sure their are quite a few which may be working in these cubicles. Serial numbers and Descriptions are the main way that items that are stolen then sold to pawn shop get recovered. All must be tracked / sent in daily. The description of jewellery can be of immense help when it comes to items stolen from a persons jewellery box. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.
