I can't begin to thank Suzanne enough for everything she did for my wife and I. Her work is fantastic! She truly cares about her clients and that showed considerably in our case. Her dedication to her clients is what makes her so special. We visited numerous jewellers and we were very underwhelmed because they all seemed to just want to do a job... Our first meeting with Suzanne was so refreshing! I would recommend Suzanne for any of your jewellery needs. She's fantastic and professional. I promise you will not regret it. Thank you Suzanne!

Suzanne Crudden Jewellery is the BEST. From the moment I googled â€œcustom jewellery Torontoâ€ and checking out her website and appreciating her mission statement in recycling and re-purposing old jewellery, I knew that she was the one for me. I had my eternity band wedding ring (that had small diamonds all around it), and my solitaire engagement ring combined into one double halo ring. It was the scariest and best decision of my life. I have been married for over a decade, and I could not help but notice how oneâ€™s body changes â€“ that included the size of ones ring finger. Knowing that I cannot change the band size of an eternity ring, I knew that I would need to do something drastic and radical. The entire process with Suzanne was so easy in every way. From the initial consultation, to the emails back and forth, wax model visit and the final product â€“ everything was done to perfection and with the utmost professionalism. She does not waste one bit of your metal, diamond(s) and does everything at the highest level on all fronts. I cannot recommend Suzanne enough for all your jewellery needs.

Working with Suzanne Crudden at Flux and Form for our wedding bands was a dream. My husband previously worked with her on my custom engagement ring which I absolutely adore, and get compliments on daily! I could not have asked for a more beautiful and extremely personalized ring â€“ it really is a knockout! She was honest with us on pricing and timelines and helped us make informed decisions on materials and styles. She was also very easy to get in touch/communicate with and we were able to schedule in person visits and fittings that worked with our schedules leading up to the big day - our wedding! We both love our wedding bands and have recommended Suzanne to many of our friends and family already â€“ but the internet should know as well! Thank-you so much Suzanne!

We were so lucky to find a designer as amazing as Suzanne! She did a wonderful job with my engagement ring and both my and my partners' wedding bands. We have gone to her for custom work as well and she is so understanding, flexible and takes great pride in her work! She is caring and kind, which works so as she creates products that are so meaningful to her customers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for that special piece of jewelry, she is fantastic!
