I ordered a ring from the the USA and was really impressed with how much he kept contact with me and kept in the loop of what was going on with my ring. It arrived exactly when he said it would and let me to ya....it is beautiful and the price was great! Even the box that it arrived in was beautiful. He paid very close attention to every last detail that helped make it special. So even if you are not local... shoot you don't even have to live in the same Country...he is a pleasure to work with and I definitely would trust him to make me another ring!

Serdar is the most honest and professional jeweller I have ever worked with. From start to finish he was extremely upfront and honest with pricing, quality and what was to be expected of the finished product. He designed my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands from scratch just from listening to my ideas. We made minor tweaks based on what he felt would work and look better and his professional opinion was nothing shy of perfect! I would recommend Custom Jewelry Outlet to anyone in the market for ANY jewellery whether it be rings, earrings or any other jewelry you are in the market for. If you want the BEST QUALITY FOR THE BEST PRICE, give them a visit and you will not be disappointed! Oh and by the way, my wife loved the engagement ring and loved how we were able to design two wedding bands to fit on either side of the engagement ring! Amazing job and thanks again for the honesty and the amazing quality and flawless work!!

It was very easy working with him to find the perfect ring i wanted. Very professional and very fast with his replies. I also love the ring box he gave for the ring....my fiance loved it so much that i am considering asking him for extra box so i can use that for our wedding ring too :) i would recommend his store to anyone looking for great deals and great service.

Serdar, was amazing to work with. We corresponded via email and towards the end we used a few text messages. He confirmed all decisions before going forward on the design and made adjustments as well. We used pay-pal for secure payment processes. He found an amazing Diamond that definitely added a unique touch to his design. I have a one and only until someone copies it.
