Bought a charm bracelet for my niece (6 yrs old) which broke after 2 days, first the charm broke then the bracelet chain. The staff claimed maybe my niece was being rough..or maybe their products are garbage!!! Such a headache since day one with this place. Staff are rude and quality of jewelry is terrible. Don't waste your money here!!

I looked at items online and fell in love with a number of pieces and went to this location ecpecting to spend close to $1000 on purchases for myself, fiance, and holiday gifts for 6 girlfriends. While the service from the representative I received was great, i left empty handed because the bracelets are so small, I initially thought they were for kids! I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs however these bracelets, even the stretchy ones, were tight on a 7 inch wrist and you could see the clear thread used...i can't imagine how awful it would look on an 8" wrist. The ones with closures had no place for extension becsuse i had to use then last link of the closure just to enable it to fit a 7" wrist..and it didn't look nice because there was sooo much space in between the beads. Please do something about the sizes, especially if these are marketed to women, not children. Such a shame because the products are lovely.

This is one of the worst jewellery stores I have ever shopped at. Went to this location for about two years before I called it quits and stopped going here. The staff is always extremely rude, doesn't help people in order of who came first they pick favourites and when something is wrong with the jewellery they just shrug their shoulders and say you'll have to pay to get it fixed even if the product already came scratched up. Another issue was the person on the Till incorrectly put my information through multiple times and when I came back to get something fixed they couldn't "find" me and my transactions in the system. It was always ridiculous going here. Staff is incredibly rude and the jewellery isn't the best quality either. Multiple times my jewellery clasps would just break.
