I went to see Albert and Andrew for an engagement ring for my fiance. I knew very little about diamonds, but I had an idea about the design of the ring my finance wanted. Albert sat down with me in his office and explained the many characteristics of a diamond. He gave me his personal advice based on what I was looking for, which put me at ease in making the right choice for a diamond. Next, I sat with Andrew and using his comprehensive software tools he designed the custom band my fiance 'hinted' to me about. Albert and Andrew have many, many years of experience as certified Gemologists. This is their family business and they take their work very seriously to ensure your ring design is perfect. My fiance is ecstatic with her engagement ring. We are now working with Albert and Andrew on our wedding bands. When you arrive at their boutique, you will be greeted with a warm and gracious welcome. I highly recommend going to see Albert and Andrew.

I went to Satti Fine Jewellery to look for an engagement ring for my fiance and I was very impressed with the pricing, quality of products and service that both Albert and Andrew provided for me. They made it easy for me to pick the perfect diamond and to customize the setting exactly the way I wanted it. I will be going back to look at wedding bands in the near future.

There aren't enough wonderful things we can say about Albert, Andrew, and the entire team at Saati Fine Jewellery! What an incredible family, and an amazing experience overall. I first met Andrew when I went into their shop on Mount Pleasant just north of Davisville with my wife's engagement ring. The ring was actually her grandmother's ring, an important family heirloom, and simply needed to be polished and resized prior to me asking the big question. Although I wasn't looking to make a purchase right away, the Saati team warmly greeted me and offered their assistance right away without the usual sales pressure. This was actually the sixth and final jeweler I attended, and of all the shops I went to, this one felt like home. Andrew was incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable and as it turned out, Albert (Andrew's father and company founder) actually recognized the ring from an old Scottish jewellery company in Toronto called TruLove. After some deliberation, we just decided to use a ring guard so that my wife could decide if she wanted to cut the ring, which was obviously an important decision. After several visits, and my wife saying "yes" last June 2018, we, went back and had the ring resized. Andrew and Albert re-tipped the claws, reshaped and polished the ring to help bring a family legacy back to life. The results were stunning, and this extremely old family ring somehow looked brand new and completely captured my wife's personality. About a month later and after an unforgettable first impression, we went back to the shop to look for our wedding bands. There were no other stores we even considered going to following our initial interactions. Within an hour, Andrew had helped us find the perfect wedding bands to match our personalities and budget. The entire team an Saati made the whole experience so easy and comfortable, and we'll never forget it. The rings are completely handcrafted and world class in quality. We got married last December 2018 and wholeheartedly recommend Saati Fine Jewellery. They took such great care of us through the entire process and they're simply amazing, down to earth, honest, genuine people, which makes all the difference in the world when making this important lifelong purchase! Thank you so much for everything Saati, we'll never forget everything you've done for us and we cant wait to come back for our next purchase. You're simply the best! Kris & Davita xo ☆☆☆☆☆
