Karen was extremely helpful getting me set up with a beautiful engagement ring. From diamond to design to construction the process was extremely easy and the service was excellent. The craftsmanship of the ring is outstanding, and would happily return for all my jewellery needs.

When I first started researching engagement/wedding rings, I was instantly drawn to Karen MacRae's designs. Her marriage of modern and vintage was exactly the sensibility I was looking for. From our first meeting, Karen approached our design adventure with excitement and enthusiasm. Her creativity, professionalism and expertise continued to shine throughout the process of designing my unique wedding ring, a piece that truly reflects me. I now have on my hand the most stunning piece of art! Additionally, my husband tasked Karen with the challenge of creating a modern men’s wedding band with a diamond baguette that adhered to the principle of the Golden Ratio. After some “napkin sketches” were finalized to “get the math right” (lol), Karen created an amazing minimalist ring that, with every glance, reminds him of the universal beauty of art and math. Heaps of thanks to Karen and Sabrina for a fabulous experience and rings that we will cherish forever! For all your jewellery design needs, you will be in "good hands" at On the Other Hand

Got my engagement ring resized. Karen was very helpful in sizing my finger to find a perfect fit for my ring. The ring was supposed to be ready in 5 business days and I got it within 2 days. People there are very friendly.
