I highly suggest asking for Chris. We had some rings cleaned and he was very pleasant! We had a fantastic conversation and he offered alot of knowledge about a variety of their products, my wife and I both left saying how much we want to purchase something from him. Thank you Chris!!

My fiancé and I brought my engagement ring and wrap in last week to have them soldered together. The woman we spoke to has very broken English and it was very obvious there was a language barrier between us. When repeating what we wanted done, she was getting it wrong every time. When I corrected her she'd get annoyed and answer with "yes I know"....then why are you saying what we are getting done wrong? We wanted my engagement ring resized and cleaned and the rings soldered together. The saleswoman kept saying the wrap was getting resized and when we corrected her she's get annoyed. Well, needless to say...there was definitely a language barrier because we went in to pick up the rings and only my engagement ring was resized. That's it. We had to make a new order with them to have it shipped out again and HOPEFULLY get soldered together this time. I sure hope it gets done in time for the wedding, definitely not impressed. After 2 bad exerpeices with Fred Meyer jewelers now, we have decided that we will not be returning and will bring our business elsewhere.
