I just purchased an engagement ring setting from Ben Bridge and had amazing service from start to finish. I worked with David and Crystal and they were both very accommodating and unassuming. Other jewelers I visited in Anchorage seemed to be either clueless or snobby but not at Ben Bridge. Thank you again for your amazing service, you now have a loyal customer for life.

TJ helped us design a new ring from the remains of a broken wedding ring (that we purchased from Ben Bridge 26 years ago!). We appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and low-key salesmanship. There was no heavy-handedness pressuring us to buy. Highly recommend BB - there's a reason they've been in business for so long in Alaska!

I have always received outstanding service and the highest quality jewelry from Ben Bridges. We have purchased rings, necklaces and a watch and we received the same outstanding service each and every time. We loved the items when we purchased them and we love them just as much today!

Amazing and the best customer service in Anchorage. By far better than Fred Meyers jewelry stores. Don’t even try and negotiate with them. They’ll just shut you down and expect you to go and eat dirt. Never had an issue with Ben Bridge.

I brought in some jewelry left to me by a relative. I had some things sized, cleaned and repaired. It was all done in a short period of time and I was surprised to see just how beautiful it could be . Your staff is great, and Susan is just delightful and made my experience wonderful and memorable . Thank you, I will be back !
