I ordered a beautiful ring from here and immediately paid for resizing so I didn't take it home for two weeks (about 3 weeks ago). When I went to pick it up the jewels were black, not blue. It looked chipped in multiple places and I honestly feel I wasted my money. I will never buy jewelry from them again and I am a credit card holder. They are very careless. But the customer service I received when I picked up my ring was brilliant so I am giving her the two stars. Although I don't remember her name.

This is a wonderful store. The employees were so kind and helpful. I'm glad I chose this store. I had a really amazing experience.

I purchased an engagement ring around 10/7/15 and got it sized on 10/12/15. I picked up the ring on the 23rd and gave it to my partner during a trip. He realized there was a mark on the gold, possibly a burn mark. We took it back as soon as we got back from our trip which was the 26th of October. The store did not apologize for this and said they will send it to get cleaned and they will let me know the status of it when they find out. Today is 11/6/15, almost a month after original purchase and my fiancé still does not have his ring. Who ever does quality assurance/control for this company should be re-trained. Why did this happen in the first place and why wasn't it corrected before giving to the customer? I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with Kay Jewlers. The employees at the store are not helpful and do not seem to understand my frustration after spending almost $1,000 on a ring and not even able to have your loved one wear it! I'll make sure I tell my friends and family to go else where when shopping for jewelry.
