This store treated me and my mother with the most disrespect I have ever experienced in my adult life and so close to my wedding day almost two years ago. I have worked in customer service my whole life so I know what to expect as far as responable behavior from a sales representative and management. Do not buy your special occasion jewelry here. You will regret it. I purchased my husband’s wedding band here and was assured (based on reviews I read online about it prior to purchase the problem of the black part of the band weathers and rubs off of the rose gold part of the band) there would not be a problem and if I was still concerned I should purchase their insurance and they would replace/repair the ring at no cost to me. So a few months later we see this exact problem occur with our band. I bring it in to the store, they use my receipt to confirm my insurance policy (and you would also think the serial number/style of the ring) I explained my problem (no apologies regarding the lies told about the ring) and off I went thinking everything was fine. I arrive with my mother later in the month to find they simply polished the ring and removed all of the detail on the ring. I was floored. They claimed they didn’t understand what the difference was between my black ring with rose gold edges and this completely rose gold ring. Seriously. They were viewing a photo of it on a computer claiming they could not see the difference. When I asked to see a manager they claimed I was being loud and “an upset bride” which was not the case at all. Completely insulting my mother speaking down to her and condescending to me as I explained to people who must be at least somewhat familiar with colors and details how several photos of incorrect rings were not replacements for my ring because it was obviously too small or not the right color. This manager claimed to not be able to tell the difference between a 5 mm ring and a thin women’s band. I was could not comprehend the incompetence as anything other than laziness or a ruse designed to make me give up and purchase a new ring. There was never one single apology from any involved (in fact I was lectured by the manager) and all attempts to contact customer service were met with silence. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE INSURANCE and buy your special jewelry elsewhere. I now have to think about that event everytime I see my husbands band. They do not deserve your business. Do a little research on this company and you will see for yourself.
