My Mrs.' family has been going here for years. Although they do not buy jewelry often they are remembered by name alone and are always curious how the family is doing. They care and sell quality merchandise at a reasonable price. This is a no pressure to buy store. You will feel welcome. Why would anyone want to go to a chain when such kind and personable service is a short drive from most anywhere in San Jose.

Max and Mike brought my Grandfather's pocket watch back from the dead. Nice work guys. You were patient and understanding about my ignorance. Who would have guessed you screwed the crystal off to set the time. I will recommend you to all of my friends! No one ever saves the antique instructions. Doah!

I have been a customer at Mann's for almost 15 years. They do it all! Service , design, repair, and appraisals. They have a great staff, and a wide selection in price and style that is always being updated. People frequently ask me, Where did you get that piece?". Where else ? Mann's on Lincoln in Willow Glen.

I wish we knew about brilliant earth when we got engaged/married. Conflict-free diamonds and eco-friendly recycled metals? The ability to customize and create your own? What an awesome local business. My BFF Sharon (Sharon M) got her wedding rings there had a great experience as did my coworker who recently got engaged. I'm definitely dropping hints to my husband about my next piece of jewelry coming from them!
