Only place I buy all my jewelry! Zoro is a man that's about his business and has no means of getting over on you or overpricing. As far as I know he gets all pre owned jewelery which keeps the cost of things more affordable, but he also has a standard he abides by so you know your getting quality. I've been here about 5-6 times and made 3 purchases and many more to come.

Rude and totally incompetent. I brought in a watch to get a couple of links removed from the bracelet. The employee assisting me fumbled with the watch, got a couple of links removed and proceeded to lose a number of small pieces required to re-attach the links. When I confronted him about this he simply said "I don't know what to tell you, I guess you'll have to contact the manufacturer to get replacements". No offer to make things right in any way, not even an apology. Inept staff and terrible customer service means I won't be coming here again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone bring anything else here unless they want parts lost.

Gold Star custom made my engagement and wedding rings to my husband's specifications, and his ring to my specifications. Both were amazing! The staff was friendly, honest, and knowlegable. I've now been going there exclusively for 15 years, and would never go anywhere else!
