Robert's craftsmanship is unsurpassed. I bought a pair of hearts and arrows diamond studs from him last year, and I do not regret my decision at all. I have NEVER seen diamonds sparkle so brilliantly, and I receive compliments on them regularly. Robert is also the most honest person I have ever met. When Robert tells you that a diamond/stone is of a certain quality, you can trust him. When I buy from Robert, I rest assured that I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for. Will definitely use him for all my future jewelry needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality jeweler.

The customer service is next to none. Everyone there is so nice and very helpful. The merchandise is beyond top quality. Also, Robert is very honest with what he does and that is sadly very hard to find now a days in the jewelry market. I highly recommend this guy to any one who wants an amazing deal!!!!

I bought a few Rolex watches from Robert and had jewelry repaired in past 10 yrs. Honest, knowledgeable and fair prices. He's not just profit motivated... he wants his customers to be happy. Quality repairs and design. I highly recommend him.

I was extremely impressed by Robert, his shop, and his work. This is not a jewelry store - he does repairs and designs/makes pieces from scratch. Service was very friendly and he really does make an effort to meet pricing needs, time constraints, etc. My girlfriend - now fiancée - was floored with the vintage ring that Robert worked on for me. He refinished the gold (difference was amazing) and upgraded us to a diamond so well cut that it shoots out starbursts through the car windshield. Blinds drivers at high noon - beautiful stone! As long as his shop is in town he'll be our go-to jeweler from now on.

Came in today to see if I could get a simple appraisal for engagement rings that I bought my ex fiancé 5 years ago. The gentleman at the front desk right off the back was being judge mental asking if I bought the rings off a friend trying to sell it for money. I show him the rings and the gentlemen right off the back gives a smart remark that "It's falling apart already." Let me remind you he does not know I saved up and spent almost 5k on my ex fiancés engagement ring. My point to this whole review is poor customer service and a very rude person. Someone I would not want to do business with even if I did get a decent quote for the rings. I would put no stars if there was an option for it my honest opinion. Never have I felt disrespected as a customer and as a person.
