These people are the kind you trust with your family heirlooms. I have a ring I needed to be resized and it is a serious antique. I was very nervous about it being done right, but when I saw all the amazing reviews of Sam''s here on G+, I decided to take the leap. They were professional every step of the way and the finished product is perfect.

Bittum is an amazing person. She is always willing to work within my budget and has never pressured me into something I couldn't afford. When I was considering a setting for my wife's wedding ring, she had it overnighted at no cost just so I could look at it. A Napa jeweler told it would be two weeks for the same thing. I live 45 minutes away but Elan Fine Jewelers is worth the drive.

I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in a wedding band, so Smith Jewelers worked with me to create a custom design. It arrived today and is PERFECT, even better than I had imagined. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Smith Jewelers in general due to their ethics, and specifically because of the amazing customer service. I will absolutely consider Smith Jewelers for future purchases.

I have dealt with the owner Larry on several occasions with regard to work done on valuable pieces (bought elsewhere) and with valuations. I cannot recommend Larry highly enough! He is patient, highly knowledgeable and honest; a real pleasure to work with.
