Very rude and poor customer service .. my husband and I took my ring to get its 6 month inspection and she asked us several questions about where the ring was purchased etc, I never have been asked all these questions , I felt like she was stereotyping my husband because he's African American, everytime she asked me a question about the ring she would look at him in a weird way, she then pulled up a ring that was not mine and asked if we were sure we bought the ring from them ... and after we walked out my 6 year old told me that the lady shook her head at us as we walked out.. we will never purchase from that location..

Horrible staff, you need to explain things to them as you would to a 5 year old! Initially it was an ok experience. I went in there to order my daughter a simple pair of diamond earings, paid $90 to have a screw back put on so my toddler wouldn't lose the earing. Once I picked them up I drove all the way home to find out that the screw back would not stay on. Had to drive all the way back 2 hours later and explain to them that they had been shortened (which I did not ask for) and that the screw was not working. I waited 2 weeks for these earings to be altered for them to not even stay in! Once I asked to speak to the manager(a man) I was told that I am not able to return the item because it had been altered even though I had been told other wise when I initially purchased the earings(they had told me I had a 90 day return policy). So I left them there to get fixed. Needless to say both times I was waiting for my jewelry not one staff member called me to let me know my order was in. I had to call myself to find out! On my second trip down there to finally pick up the earings I stayed to double check and make sure the earings would screw and a random female (not male) came up to me saying that she was the manager and that I am actually able to return the item and not get stuck with something that I am not able to use on my daughter because of it being shortened. Shady! Shady shady people here! Stick to the KAY at the mills! Better staff.
