I love this place!! Everyone is so nice and attentive.

Excellent customer service from both my telephone request as well as in-person visit for an expatriate heading back overseas and needed help quickly. Security professional was kind and extremely courteous upon arrival and departure (and as an African-American shopping in high-end retail shops, this hasn't always been my experience). I will definitely patronize this location again, and recommend to my friends and family.

Very nice customer service. (NOTE: I came in wearing jeans and a hoodie. No need to worry about dressing nicely as some seem to think.) I came to arrange a bracelet repair (repairs are done at their NY repair facility) and a replacement necklace chain. I was also offered sparkling water and a jewelry cleaning (fot the Tiffany Keys necklace I wore). As I waited for my necklace to be cleaned, one gentleman politely showed me the chain I was pricing. I got my chain and the new fragtance (Yay, cash back rewards!). The Tiffany Blue candy is also a nice touch. This place is simply awesome.

We live several blocks away and came here a few months ago to buy a ring for my wife. She is a diplomat, so she submitted her tax exemption card to them. They did not return it to us at the point of purchase, and we forgot, so we left. The next day, my wife realized that we left it at the Tiffanys, so she went back, and the store denied having it. We had to pay our penalty to the Department of State to have another issued. Out of nowhere, Tiffany calls us this week, telling us to come in to pick up our tax exemption card that we misplaced in their store. We explained the above situation, and they offered to mail it to us. We already paid our penalty and got a new one so we are not going in. NOT THE TYPE OF NON-APOLOGY AND THE LEVEL OF NON-SERVICE WE EXPECT FROM THIS BRAND. We will go to Cartier on the same strip from now on.
