Called to store and spoke with Lye and told her what I needed. Met her after work and picked up 2 items. She was extremely helpful!

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience at Tiffany’s in Boca Raton, Florida. This was my third time in the store and the absolute worst. I was wearing yoga pants, a shirt and sneakers and was looking at engagement rings for a solid 8 minutes while 2 sales associates were at their desks on opposite sides of me, I was 1 of 3 customers in the entire store and the only customer looking at wedding rings. Finally, after 8 minutes the woman sales associate decided it would be proper to greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I, of course said “it is about time, I know my appearance doesn’t fit your mold.” She said nothing. I could feel her judgmental vibes and have never felt so uncomfortable and slightly offended by this behavior. I proceeded to ask to see one of the most expensive rings from the “Tiffany Soleste” collection. She quickly said “it’s over $100,000 dollars I would have to take you to the show room if you really wanted to see it.” I didn’t want to burden this woman anymore than I already had. I’m genuinely saddened by this. Tiffany’s is my favorite jewelry store, each milestone growing up I was gifted a new necklace, ring, bracelet or earrings. It will be extremely difficult to move on from this discrimination.

I've made several purchases from the Boca Tiffany store and every time had great experience. The quality and service are amazing. Will be coming back for more!

I have a bracelet that shown unusual wear and they replaced it at no cost, even 3 years later. Amazing customer service!

Terrible service, I walked into this store and not one person said " hello, how can I help you?" Or " I'll be with you in one minute". Instead I was completely ignored and to make things even better an older woman walks right in front of me and knocked my arm with her purse. I can only imagine it was an employee because she walked into the back room. I stood in front of a display case ready to purchase a necklace to only be ignored for another 10 minutes. I guess this store is doing well enough to do without my $800. Ps I was wearing dark blue scrubs and a black base ball cap and I came in at 5:50pm on 12-3-15.Thanks for tarnishing the reputation of this company and for encouraging me to go elsewhere.
