I wanted a new ring, so my Husband and I visited this (Jaredâ€™s) location, based on the reviews. The staff here did not disappoint. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a nice (and funny) gentleman that offered us an egg sandwich. Another gentleman (Eric) ended up helping us. Eric worked with our Budget (around $4,000) and I found the perfect ring (setting) and choose the diamond I wanted to be placed in it. Our kids played in the play area and Eric was so informative and patient. He really knows diamonds. We went to the beach and came back - the ring was ready :). Eric verified that the serial number matched the diamond I purchased before we left. The entire staff here is wonderful. We received many congratulations from the staff. We will be back!

Iâ€™m SO HAPPY I went here for my daughterâ€™s diamond ring and pendant! Not to mention a beautiful diamond ring I bought for myself ;) They have great customer service, and theyâ€™re not pushy about making the next sale, like Kays. Bella, Nelly & Tina are absolute dolls!! I also had Jared add diamonds to a cross necklace I have, and it came out gorgeous! And also did other repair work with them :) Thank you, again, Jared of Boca!

I purchased a bracelet on Jared's website for my mother for Christmas. It was a 14K gold bracelet with her children's birthstones. Less than a month later, the gold on the bracelet has started to turn. My mother took the bracelet to two jewelers who tested the gold and said it in fact sterling silver. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the SCAM they are running and the false advertising. I've heard rumors before that Jared sold poor quality products but I really didn't think they were true until I found out the hard way. Stay away from this company as it appears fraud upon the public is their specialty.

I had the most wonderful, professional, and peace-of-mind experience at this Jared location. Beth and Neil went over and beyond to help me decide on my final engagement ring. Coming to them with a ring that I was not 100% in love with, they did not push me to buy anything - just talked to me and figure out what was best for me. They really listen and don't try to over sale you on things that you don't really need. After sleeping on the information and options I was given, I returned few days later I came back with the support of my mom and sister to make the third and final change on the ring. I am 100% in love with it now and with the quality of service at this location. My family, fiance, and I are soo happy with the results! Can't wait to see them soon!
