Companies like Pandora is well known and its brand its really appealing for different ages. I believe such brand have to be embraced by its employees and specially by the management. My wife and daughters went to Pandora in the Dadeland Mall, and because they were some sales with customers, my wife approach a person that was standing behind the counter, she asked if someone can help here with few questions, the person didn't answer, despite my wife asked her in Spanish and English, she looked at her and didn't answer. Later on a sales person that came to talk with my wife told her that person is the Manager of the store. How come this type of person can be call manager? More over how the top management of Pandora allow this type of person to destroy the brand image in few seconds? I'm strongly believe there should be a process and proper training to nominate a manager, but apparently in this case wasn't the case. The person name is "Marcela". I hope she receive another intensive training on Customer Experience and get more people skills.....being a manager is more than just having the role written in the HR payroll...Marcela you have a lot to learn....

Excellent customer service I bought my mom her mother's day gift from here... my bracelet was damaged they had it sent in and I wanted to exchange my BRAND new bracelet for another and it was done with no problem the manager Sandra was great! I will definitely continue to be their customer from now on and I will recommend others to purchase from there as well... they will absolutely almost always accommodate for their customers needs... i am very satisfied with their services!

Usually when I go clean my pandora bracelet and my ring I go to the pandora stores near my job but last night I decided to go to Dadeland Mall and I guess the lady didn't tell me that the cleaning machine was broken so my bracelet and my ring came out yellow... and then on top of that, when the assistant manager came to me there wasn't even an apology and she even wanted to then charge me $5 extra for the cloth for me to clean it myself. I felt very disrespected and to think that one of their employees and their assistant manager would treat me like that is devastating... I don't recommend that anyone visits the pandora in Dadeland Mall.
