This store has constantly been trouble for me. They tried to claim I did not have insurance on my ring when I had literally handed them the card with updated information and no late cleanings. Then they said they couldn’t size my ring and had to order one (perfectly fine). They said it’d take two weeks and it took almost two months. Now, my ring needed to be dipped before my wedding because for some reason it turns really quickly. So they sent it off and told me it would be back by the 21st of April. I called that day only to find out a jeweler went on vacation, backing up all repairs, but no one bothered calling to tell me when they already knew. I called three days later and they said their shipment won’t be in until Saturday in which I will not be in town and I need my ring before I leave. This also puts us behind on having my rings soldered in which I will definitely not do now because I’m afraid at this point my ring would never come back 😂

My husband bout my wedding band here. He spent $3,000.00 on it. The problem was after 1 year 2 diamonds feel out.....thats crazy!! That's crazy to spend all that money and only after 1 year diamonds falling out. I don't even do hard work I work in sales. I didn't even wear it everyday😒 I will never recommend this company if you want to spend that kind of money, it's just not worth it. Go to a personal jeweler.

This location is awesome. Patti the Asst. Manager here helped me find a nice birthstone set for my mom for Christmas. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great selection. Fantastic service. Very pleased with the products I have purchased from them and even more satisfied with the folks working there. I've worked with a few different people, all whom were very delightful and helpful.
