had a problematic time here. looked up a service plan by an old phone number and the supposedly updated it to the new number while we were there. they called to let me know ring was ready. got it back and found a scratch on the stone and they did not complete all repairs requested. went back a second time and they couldn't find the service plan as they hadn't updated the phone number. had them edit it again and give a second number to call when ready. did not get a call at time promised so i called them the next day to which i was told they called yesterday and couldn't leave a message. turns out they called the old number again and still had not updated the record. going to pick up the ring today and hopefully everything has been done correctly.

I would strongly advise against going to this particular jewelery store. My fiancé and I were lied to in a huge way and were sold a "diamond" ring, only to find out that they actually sold us CZ. I was able to receive a FULL refund but not before the man who sold it to us swore up and down he told us, which he absolutely did NOT, and the store manager also tried to play it off like a miscommunication. I'm not sure how someone telling you a CZ is a diamond is a miscommunication. If you want honesty, this is absolutely not the place to go.
