My fiancee and I highly recommend Richard Dolgin. From what my fiancee has told me, Richard made the process of creating my engagement ring easy and personal. It's a huge decision, and Richard provided helpful advice without adding any pressure. My interaction with Richard has been just as fantastic - he helped me select my dream wedding band with ease. I receive many compliments on my engagement ring, and I know our wedding bands will be no different! Thank you, Richard, for making this special time in our lives even better.

To say that we are happy with the ring that Richard Dolgin created for us, is quite an understatement. From the start to the finish of the project, Richard & his team were very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect & detail of the process. Richard was able to take my sketch for a design and turn it into a CAD file that was used to make a beautiful and detailed platinum wedding band for myself. With his on time delivery and guidance every step of the way, I knew that we were working with a true professional who clearly understands customer service. Thank you, Richard, you are the best.

You have found the BEST, kindest, knowledgeable artisans, Richard and Marsha; in the entire Midwest region, especially KS and MO. For me, if a jeweler states something needs to be done to keep my rings strong and beautiful, I take their word for it, they are the expert. About a year ago I had taken my 47 year old wedding rings to be re tipped in a little MO town that I had heard about on the radio. After 2 unsuccessful trips to his shop, I decided I must retrieve my rings although I had paid for the poorly done "repairs". He then rudely spoke behind my back while I left. My rings left his shop with porosity on the tips now. Since porosity makes tips weaker, I was devastated! I now could NOT safely wear my beloved rings. I researched porosity and thankfully found Richard and Marsha who have the experience, knowledge and correct equipment. You will be sooooo happy when you call/meet them. They are super people to work with and feel like friends the first time you see them!

Richard continues to provide excellent customer service, as he did throughout the entire custom design process. He listens, educates, and is patient and honest. His CAD designer is top in the industry, and Marsha is an incredible diamond setter, truly a master. The ring is absolutely stunning, and the new setting makes my diamond look amazing! The additional diamonds he chose are exquisite. It turned out better than I had pictured in my mind when I first described it to him. His pricing was within my budget (while competitors' quotes were well above), and it was completed ahead of schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Richard Dolgin did a wonderful job refurbishing a ring I inherited from my mother after she passed away recently. They understood the sentimental value of the piece of jewelry, and they cleaned, sized and restored it to be even more beautiful than I imagined! They went above and beyond to replace everything to how it had been originally. I will treasure this ring for the rest of my life, and pass it along to the next generation. Thank you so much for your help!
