One of the female sales, said to another, look at her ' me '! She used to be so skinny! And gave me a dirty look, even then across from the same location she was already a disrespectful person! Since when you treat your customers on their appearance?!

love Pandora Jewerly, and have a huge collection. I don't like giving a bad review, but this can't be ignored. Yesterday 10/31/17 around 4pm I came into the store to look around and get a few things. The sales associate was very rude, and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I asked about the new Detroit beads, she showed them to me but I choose to move on to The Essence Collection which I love. I choose 1 and purchased it. Had she not been so rude I would have looked more and most likely bought more. She made me feel unwanted and acted as if she was being put out by me. There was maybe 2 other people in the store. Every other time me or my husband have been in the store we've always had positive experiences. After I left I went to another Jewerly store and bought more Pandora items by a very pleasant woman. I won't be returning to this location, no one deserves to be treated rudly

So I went to the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek to use a gift certificate that my Mother-In-Law had purchased for me today. I made my selection of what I was going to purchase, which was well over $125, so I qualified for the free bracelet event. I chose a bracelet worth $65 and was told it was put in my bag on purchase. The items I purchased along with my "free bracelet" were supposed to be placed in my bag. The bag was already tied up, not allowing me to inspect it and I was asked to sign a receipt that I had "received my free bacelet." I asked the clerk if the bracelet was in the bag and was assured it was. I did not see anyone place the bracelet in the bag but I did see them place the items I purchased in the bag. So I left the store and went out to my car and inspected the bag and there was no "free bracelet" for which I qualified for based my over $125 purchase. The sole purpose for me using my gift certificate today was to qualify for the "free bracelet." So I returned to the store to inform them that I had not received my "free bracelet" and the store manager upon consulting with the Pandora employee that assisted me at the register, advised me that there was nothing more she could do for me as her coworker assured her that the "free bracelet" was place in my bag. I am a good customer, have purchased many items in the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek, tell everyone when they are looking for a gift me me to purchase a gift certificate or item for me specifically from Pandora and this is how I am treated. Basically in not so many words being accused of stealing a "free bracelet." I informed the store manager that I would like a complete refund for the items I did purchase and my request was granted. I received a complete refund for the over $125 purchase. So if I were being accused of taking a free bracelet, why would I receive a gift card for the same amount I had spent in the store today to begin with? I am certain that Pandora has cameras and if they examined the camera they would determine that no such "free bracelet" was ever placed in my bag. It was either placed in another customer's bag or kept by an employee. So this is how they want to treat good paying customers? I have never felt like I was being accused of theft like I did today. I will never return to this location and doubt that I will even purchase another Pandora item.

I bought a ring and they gave me nothing to put it in and then when I asked for a box they told me it would just tarnish it so 3 days later I came back to exchange the ring and they told me they couldn't do nothing about it because I was wearing the ring. When I tried to explain to them it was because I had nothing to put the ring in on my way to the store and I didn't want to lose it so I wore it there they still did nothing to try to help me the lady at the store was very rude she was the manager yet she did nothing to help me with this when it was their fault I never got something to put it in in the first place.
