Just picked up a computer tower, had the guy plug it in to make sure everything works, so I bought it. Come home to find out the DVD drive won't open, and everything is final sale- wouldn't have bought it if I had known it was going to be pretty much useless!

I brought a TV here that was not refurbished and they used factory direct price which is refurbished price and on top of it they used the lower end model and mine was 4k model and were very rude when I tried to get better price they gave me $80 loan for a 48" RCA 4K TV with box, because it was $329 at factory direct which is refurbished. Meanwhile they had a lower quality tv same size on sale for $400 and a small 20" for $120 and told me they would only resell mine 48" for $169. Lied right to my face and gave me hard time when I asked for $100 even though I should have got at least $150. I will get it back out and never go back there again.

It closes at 5. I get off work at 430. Who shops at this place? I would have to take a day off to shop here. That makes no sense.

Went to avenue on Ottawa street where they said they were doing me a favour offering 35$ for very exspensive tool & die tools. They wouldn't budge from 35. I then went to this avenue on Tecumseh Rd. and they offered me 60$ no questions asked. So this Avenue is better than the one on Ottawa I suppose. They knew the worth of the tools and when I told them about the 35$ Ottawa st. offered, they laughed and told me they are clueless there.
