I stopped in to have my wife's family heirloom necklace repaired. I have never received friendlier or more courteous service anywhere. They immediately started work on the necklace while I waited. Everyone who passed by ask if they could get me anything, soda, water, etc.. The necklace repair was completed in about 15 minutes and looked beautiful. The gracious lady at the front counter then told me that was my "Blessing for the day" and there would be no charge, just remember them next time I need something. Without a doubt I will. They will be the only jewelry store I will ever use in El Paso again. Many thanks to everyone at Ben Bridge Jewelry for assistance and kind service. Marty

Amazing service. They sold artcarved but didn't have the model I was looking for. They had a floor model of the ring shipped to the store so I could look at it before purchasing. I had a wonderful experience purchasing from this store.

Stopped in to have a new watch band sized for my wrist. It was quickly and effectively done. I asked how much for the service, and was told "no charge" and then: "Please remember us when you need our services again! The staff was very courteous and obviously helpful.

Great customer service with a great variety. Jewelry comes in all different styles and prices. Personnel will treat you great no matter if you buy a $100 or $5000 item. Need to add that they will honestly repair any item without trying to rip you off. My wife took her engagement/wedding ring to many places and they all wanted to charge get for a new holding crown and labor which was over $400. When we went to Ben bridge, they carefully examined it and were able to properly fix it for about $50 total. They explained everything and even took the time to show her exactly which diamond she had and drew it out so she would be sure she got her diamond back.

My husband and I left work early to go have a diamond ring custom made by their jewler. Prior to making the drive out to the west side, we called and spoke to the manager, Daniel, who said the jewler is working until 6pm. Upon arrival at 5:10pm, the sweet sales woman said the jewler and manager are in the back and will be right with us. After 15 mins of waiting, Daniel approached us without an introduction and with an attitude and was extremely rude. He then stated that the jewler had left 5 mins ago when we could clearly see him sitting in the back with another client. Daniel seemed very shady with absolutely ZERO customer service skills and unapologetic for wasting our time. When coming to buy a diamond ring, one would expect more than a manager turning down good business. We would NOT recommend Ben bridge El Paso or working with their manager Daniel.
