THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER. I dropped my ring off a week ago to have it sized. I called to get an update and they told me to call back after 3:30pm. They called me a few hours laters, to let me know that there had been a misunderstanding and my ring was never sized (even though the repair ticket specifically has the new size CIRCLED), and it would be another week before it would be completed. I was upset and questioned how it was overlooked and was asked "Why are you upset, is this some kind of heirloom or does it have sentimental value or something?" Not only is that irrelevant, I was told a week, and the mistake was their fault. Not mine. Not to mention, that's just rude. The man on the phone told me I was welcome to drive to Wooster to the repair site to get my ring if I wanted. I can't even believe that was offered. I was told "I can offer you a loaner ring to wear if it's that much of a problem". I cannot even begin to fathom how you learn such poor customer service or feel comfortable representing a company like that. I called back and was told the repair guy would make a "special trip just for me" and he did. He brought my ring back, same as when I dropped it off. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I should have known when I dropped the ring off to be sized and they asked me to pay for it up front that this was going to be all bad.

I was looking to get my ring sized (a christmas gift)after being told by many stores that they could not do it and even after being told by one jeweler that "if they tried to size it, it could loose its diamonds and they couldn't/wouldn't be responsible if that happened". Honestly I was a little upset and frustrated. We went into Lyles where Scott greeted my husband and I, he looked at the ring and said I think I can fix this for you here and if not I'll send it out to be sized. In 5 minutes Scott had my ring sitting on my finger, I was HAPPY!! He was also very knowledgeable about coins he had, my husband and I bought a few things and had a nice conversation with him, he was very kind, professional and down to earth, Lyles has definitely gained some new customers. Thank you again, Scott your awesome! Sarah & Rick

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I got from Lyle's. The staff was friendly and I felt I was paid very well for what I brought in. I also was surprised to see the variety of unique jewelry they have for sale. I will return.

I sold my coin collection here after shopping it to a few coin shops and Lyle paid me the most. Service and honesty was great! Thank you
