Just went in to get my ring cleaned like I’m suppose to every 6 months for my warranty but was informed by a very high employee (blood shot eyes, mumbling words) that she did not know what to tell us. So now debating on when I should return my ring since I do get my full refund if returned and just go to a kay jewelers instead. Talk about poor customer service Zales.

My fiance and I went in there looking for a wedding band, we were completely ignored and no one bothered to ask us if we needed any help. Horrible customer service, we'll take our business elsewhere!!

Went into this store a few weeks ago to pick out a wedding bridal set for me. Me and my fiancé walked into the store and no one greeted us, we were the only customers in the store and no one was on the phone. Everyone looked at us but no one said a word to us or even offered to help. I imagine it was because my fiancé was wearing cowboy boots with shorts and maybe i wasn’t looking my best but i saw a few employees looking him up and down with a disgusted look on their face. We ended up going to Samuel’s Jewelers and they were very welcoming.

**EDIT TO ADD ON 1/10 Exactly one week after I picked up my ring, another diamond fell out and is now back in the shop getting "fixed". At first it was suppose to take 2 1/2 weeks and when I checked the updates it now says 3 1/2 weeks!!! I'm so frustrated and never want to step foot into another Zales again!!** I would choose a one-star rating if I could. It first started when my now-husband bought me my promise ring. It took almost 2 months to get it sized and after having it for maybe a month, it broke where they sized it. I took it back and they "fixed it" for it to only happen again shortly after. I took it back AGAIN and they replaced the ring and resized it and again, it broke. I am very careful with my jewelry and take good care of it. After hardly being able to wear this ring over the course of 5 months since we bought it, we asked for a store credit. We got my now engagement ring and I had no problems with it. About 2 years later we bought my wedding bands. I send it off to be resized and sautered together which took about a month. After about 3 months of wearing it, I noticed one of my diamonds fell out and another diamond had changed colors. So I took it to the store to have it fixed. It took about another month to get back. When I went to pick it up, there was one customer in the store that was being helped and 3 other employees there. Shortly after I got there another customer came in and was approached before I was. They gave me my ring and explained the diamond that fell out was replaced, the one that was a different color was replaced, the made sure the settings were tight and redipped it. 3 days after getting it back the same diamond fell out and I noticed that they did not replace the one that was a different color (very hard to tell in the store under those bright lights). Now I can't even wear it because they did not dip it in white gold again. How do I know? Well first off its tarnishing, white gold doesn't tarnish, especially not within a month. Secondly, I am allergic to anything that is not gold or sterling silver. My finger started to swell, and my skin was peeling along with burning. I work full time and go to school full time so I haven't had a chance to take it up to the store but I plan to this week. I would like to wear my wedding rings that we've paid thousands of dollars for. I tell everyone I know not to go to Zales. The customer service is terrible, and they don't do things the right way, just the cheap way. It wouldn't surprise me if my diamonds, turned out not to be diamonds. I am beyond livid!!

Nice selection. Pricey compared to competition.
