My fiance and I spent several hours at Jared recently picking out an engagement ring. I did some at-home research on diamonds and came in with several questions. Drake was awesome! He answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, I never felt that my questions or concerns about the ring were unwarranted. I am really happy with the ring, my fiance's decision to choose Jared, and the excellent customer service we received.

My husband got me a ring from Zales. I love it, I picked it out :) . So 7 years and 1 baby later, the 5 band set was off my hand and in my treasure box. I decided to put it on last night, after the 3rd band I noticed my finger swelling bad. I tried Vaseline, cold water, the string trick, my husbands pliers. It was starting cut off circulation to my hand, I get in the car and google jewelry store (didn't want to visit the ER), Jared pulls up, I call in and was told to come on in immediately. Liz and Alli were there waiting. I cannot tell you how insanely awesome these 2 gals are, my finger was free within minutes and my ring salvaged. I have a warranty through Zales that covers everything, but customer service like this is hard to come by. I will be coming to Jared from now on. Please give these ladies a high five from me!

WOW! Best experience that I have ever had with a Jewelry store. I have been to many places and the customer service was overwhelming and pushy. This was the first time that I have never felt pressured to buy something right then and there. I felt so comfortable and not pressured what so ever. Paula is the best sales representative that I have ever worked with as well. She was so nice, efficient and truly cared about me and my situation. She remembered my name, my story and even my husband's name that she had never met. Because of my experience I will always go back there for all of my jewelry needs! Thanks Jared and Paula :) P.S I have been in there 4+ times and it is always great.

Kris is amazing! She's put a lot of time into helping my now-husband design my gorgeous ring - and helping me find one that fits him! Whenever our family or friends are in the market for jewelry of any kind, I know where we will send them. Thank you for making our wedding sparkle!

I can SWEAR ON MY LIFE that everything I mention below is TRUE. I have to warn people who want to purchase jeweleries, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I placed the orders with the sales Katelyn and she made the promise all the orders will be handled for sure. After almost a whole month, almost 40% orders were not processed at all!! Their store manager Jill insisted it was my fault because I FORCED them to take the orders?! I could not believe they forwarded the responsibility to me. If the orders were not taken, then why did you ask me to put the money down? You people had the chance to tell me you were not able to take the orders before the end of the promotion, and you DID NOT. It was really IRRESPONSIBLE. To sum up, I really have to warn people who want to shop the jeweleries in this store, THINK TWICE. Ben Bridge and Morgan Jewelery are just right in the Clackamas Town Center and you will get better service there, At least, people in there are honest and will not CHEAT the customers.
