Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered at this location. My husband and I took in an antique ring for sizing and I couldn’t believe how condescending the gentleman was who “helped” us. I should have known better because we had terrible service the last time we took in my wedding set for repair - not only was the staff extremely unprofessional and rude, but the jeweler replaced one of my original melee diamonds (excellent clarity and quality) with a dingey, grayish-brown colored stone. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to go.

Got a watch as a gift that was purchased at Fred Meyer. They would not exchange it for anything, so I am stuck with a watch I dont need. They will only exchange it with a receipt. Its in the original box and still has tags on it, but no budging on there policy. Online they list a policy that is quite different but they will not do any exchanges with out the receipt. I wasnt asking for cash back or anything out of the ordinary, just to exchange the watch for something I could use. I have worked in retail before and returned items to many other stores without a receipt. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a jeweler. What a joke.
