I feel like they just want to eye you up when you walk into the store and determine if you are worth to be sold a product. If you are worthy of a product, they try to force you to buy something. If you tell an employee that you don't like it or don't want it, I fell like they gang up and try to make you feel bad if you don't buy something. I felt very uncomfortable with the many experience I had. I try multiple times to buy something there, since it's close to my house, but everytime I have that same feeling. I have learned to never go there again. If I want to buy something from Pandora, I will make the trip up to Center Valley and shop at there location at the promenade shops. They are so much better and they don't force or make you feel bad if you don't make a purchase.

If I could give 0 stars i would. The manager of this store is horrible and rude. She lacks customer service skills and acts like a stuck up b*tch. I would stay away from this store as long as she is managing it. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Beautiful pieces, but not strong. A gem fell off within a week and the bracelet has already begun to tarnish. Additionally, I was charged twice due to "technical issues," which I've now had to dispute with the bank after months of trying to correct the issue directly with the store.
